Reminder - Ref is parent

Our referees are the backbone of fair play and safe competition. They dedicate their time, energy, and expertise to ensure every match runs smoothly and every player gets a fair go.
Whether they're managing a local fixture or officiating at a higher level, our refs make split-second decisions under intense pressure. Many of them hold Level 3 accreditation or higher, bringing years of training and experience to every whistle they blow.
Here's what we expect from everyone:
- Show respect to our referees at all times — no exceptions
- Accept their calls with grace, even when you disagree
- Never shout, bully, or make personal judgements about a ref's character or ability
- Remember they're doing their best in a challenging role
Playing with great sportsmanship means respecting the people who make the game possible. Our refs aren't just officials — they're part of our community, and they deserve to be treated with the same respect you'd show a parent or mentor.
Let's focus on what matters: playing hard, playing fair, and having fun together. That's the Facolos way.
