Refs are the backbone of fair play. They make split-second decisions under pressure, study the rules inside and out, and commit to upholding the integrity of the game. Whether it's a local match or a high-stakes competition, their role is crucial — and it deserves our respect.

Zero tolerance for disrespect. At Facolos, we have a clear stance: there is no room for bullying, shouting, or yelling at referees. Not on the sidelines, not in the stands, not anywhere. When someone disrespects a ref, they disrespect the game itself. We're committed to creating an environment where officials feel valued and supported, not undermined.

Every player, coach, and supporter has a role to play in building this culture. It starts with recognising the effort refs put in and treating them with the courtesy they deserve.
